Burn-out syndrome - a widespread disease
The burnout syndrome is on everyone's lips today and stands for exhaustion, inner restlessness and feelings of anxiety. Almost everyone has already heard of it or maybe even knows one or the other person in their environment who suffers from it. I even know teams where everyone gradually burned out or quit in good time.
It mainly affects people between the ages of 30 and 50 – an age when we are in the middle of life and have to reconcile work and private life every day. Whether it's pressure to perform at work, problems in a partnership or family responsibilities - each of us knows the feeling when everything threatens to get out of hand. And due to Corona, the number of stress-related illnesses is increasing drastically. The need to be available at all times and the merging of private and professional life can trigger pressure, stress and excessive demands.

I fight wherever I can to ensure that people seek help BEFORE real burnout occurs. Because once the body has switched to emergency power and no longer wants to go on like this, the way back to everyday life is usually very difficult. Therefore, the first goal is to react to the permanent stress symptoms such as insomnia, anxiety, loss of energy, and listlessness. With coaching you can then create a safe space where the reasons and solutions can be worked out. And if you have burned out and your body has slowed you down, it is important not to look for ways to get back on the same hamster wheel, but to work out a strategy that is sustainable for you. So that you can go through life with vitality, strength and joy. I've seen my clients have a 100% success rate when they're willing to make a change and listen more to their mind and body. Because a really successful life can be found through a harmony with body and mind.
