Increase your own success, but authentically!

Why do your own projects often fail?
We all want to be successful in our own way. This is the natural motivation and need for self-efficacy. But everyone has already experienced that firmly planned behavior cannot be implemented. Be it regular exercise, healthy nutrition or useful behavior at work. However, as soon as the projects fail again and again and stand in the way of or damage the desired professional success or the desired quality of life, this leads to a stressful feeling. Our self-esteem and self-confidence can then suffer massively. Most of the time it's not clear to you why "I'm not going to do this easily now". Paradoxically, this often feels like self-sabotage. And most of the time it is, because there seems to be a reason why the desired behavior or the result does not occur, even though it would be realistic.
There are often one of two reasons for this: unproductive beliefs or "imposed" goals.
Many may have heard of so-called false beliefs. In the media and with (show) motivation trainers, however, it is often presented in a simplified way that you simply have to tell yourself new beliefs, perhaps with a few tchaka rituals in front of the mirror. And if you really want it, you will quickly become successful. Of course, this is only scratching the surface and very quickly leads to the phenomenon "Why can't I do this now?" back to start. Except that you usually blame yourself even more for the "failure" than before.
The second reason is usually surprising for clients. The actually longed-for goal, or how success is formulated, does not suit one's own nature at all. There are many more "implanted" lines through social environment or upbringing that don't match the true values of one's personality. That is why failure is usually not malicious self-sabotage, but a helpful signal from the unconscious that one is working past one's own being and is pursuing foreign goals.
Coaching for personal success
The great advantage of coaching is that we can quickly identify the blockages for behavior. It is precisely through the systemic perspective that you can quickly find out what is holding you back in your own person and in your environment. Systemic and solution-oriented coaching has many tools ready to work effectively on such issues. We will discuss what suits you personally and individually.
With coaching, we work after identification on the implementation of behavior from the new, positive motivation. The aim is to anchor it in everyday life. This increases the quality of life enormously, because you are then "in your energy" and positive situations will accumulate more and more as a result.
